Stewart Paterson, the owner of Olbol, provides a hands on approach and he ensures that every distribution is carried out on time, efficiently and to his customer’s expectations.
With a team of committed individuals all deliveries are carried out in the same manner adhering to the following rules:
- Homeowners requests for none delivery of marketing is respected.
- Gardens gates are left as they are found at the time of delivery.
- Property is respected with footpaths followed.
- All material is delivered through the post box, nothing is left sticking out of the letter box.
- All deliveries are made to a post box, no copies are left in stairwells or closes.
All staff are thoroughly vetted, references taken and receive on the job training provided. Each member of staff carries company identification and understands that they are the representative of Olbol’s clients when delivering marketing materials.
